Egg Carton Flower Craft
Wondering what to do with those used egg cartons…..here is a fun craft for Spring and you can teach your kids about recycling!
Egg Carton Flowers
You will need:
Egg Carton
Scissors
Pipe Cleaner
Paint
Directions:
Cut one egg cup from the egg carton. Paint your cup so the inside bottom is yellow and the outside and inside are another color. You can even paint the outside one color and the inside another so the front and back of your petals are different colors. Let it dry completely. Once it’s dry, cut five slits in the cup to make petals. Peel back the petals a little so they curl open. Then poke a hole in the bottom of the cup and stick in a green pipe cleaner for the stem. Make a bunch for an egg carton bouquet.
